1) Contact Our Hostmaster Team
Send an e-mail with your account number and company name to our Hostmaster Team at: hostmaster@twtelecom.net asking us to set up your domain on our servers. This request must include a current zone listing for the domain. (If you are unfamiliar with zone listings, please see our Guide to a Zone Listing.) After you have sent in this e-mail, you will receive a response with a tracking number. You will need this tracking number when contacting us about the request. Our Hostmaster Team can take up to 2 business days to complete a request. Keep this in mind when making your transition plans.
2) Contact Your Domain Registrar
After you receive confirmation from our Hostmaster Team that your domain has been set up on our servers, contact your Domain Registrar to initiate the transfer of your domain to our servers. The nameservers we maintain for hosting purposes are listed below.

Note: It is also strongly advised that the old hosting company be notified once the domain is moved, so they can remove any records from their configuration for the domain.
