1) Register the Domain With a Domain Registrar
When you do this, you will have to choose Primary and Secondary nameservers to host the domain. If you wish to have us host the domain, you must provide the Registrar with information about one or more of our nameservers when you register the domain. Our nameserver information is provided below.

2) Contact Our Hostmaster Team
Once the domain is registered and assigned to tw telecom nameservers, you should email our Hostmaster Team at: hostmaster@twtelecom.net with instructions on how you would like the domain set up, your account number and your copmany's name. After you have sent in this e-mail, you will receive a response with a tracking number. You will need this tracking number when contacting us about the request. Our Hostmaster Team can take up to 2 business days to complete a request. Keep this in mind when making your transition plans.
